No, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You can also upgrade / downgrade your subscription at any time.

What sort of device do I need?

At the moment, Hello Inspections runs on an Apple iPad and iPhone. We’re working on an Android version.

Do you offer support?

Yes! Free phone and email support is provided by the people that developed the app.

Do your reports comply with Australian Standards and insurance requirements?

Absolutely. The app was designed in alignment with the Australian Standards and the reports have been vetted by insurance agencies.

Where does our data get stored?

All data is stored securely on our servers which are powered by Google.

Does the app work offline?

Yes, you can complete reports whilst not connected to the internet. You’ll obviously need to find a connection when you’re ready to send the report to the client.
